Some days you just can’t eat.
"Couldn’t" is one tap, right next to "ate or drank some". Both count the same.
QUIET NOTES FOR TREATMENT DAYS
Elio is a quiet place for treatment days: what feels okay, how you’re doing, what’s coming up, and who to reach.

For adults having cancer treatment, keeping small notes about eating and how they feel.
"Couldn’t" is a real answer
Quiet days keep it simple
No healthy-eating framing
No scores, no pet
NUTRITION DURING CANCER TREATMENT
Chemotherapy, radiation and other treatments can cause nausea, taste changes, mouth sores, tiredness and loss of appetite. Many people lose weight without meaning to, and oncology teams often suggest small, frequent meals and finding foods that go down easily. On treatment days, even opening an app can be too much.
"Couldn’t" is one tap, right next to "ate or drank some". Both count the same.
On treatment and quiet days, Today keeps only the essentials and sends no check-ins.
What helps keeps a list of foods, textures and temperatures you could handle.
"Something feels wrong" opens your team’s steps and contacts in one tap.
Your treatment and any food or supplement advice come from your oncology team. Elio keeps quiet notes for you.
HOW IT WORKS
Your treatment days appear in Elio.
One tap is enough. Every note counts.
Ask them to reach out, or open the steps if something feels wrong.
INSIDE THE APP
Real screens from the current build, as a new account sees them.
A greeting, today on your treatment calendar, and two big buttons: ate or drank some, or couldn’t.

Elio follows your phone’s light or dark setting, with a high-contrast option too.

Your care team, and steps for when something feels wrong.

Meal photos are kept on your device. Elio has no AI chat and no AI food naming. You can delete your account and data at any time.
We do not sell your data or show ads. Read exactly what we collect in our policies.
